Given many of our clients come from outside the UK, we believe it’s even more important to have a trusted team with the right experience working for you, looking after your best interests.We were already well acquainted with the prime central London property market when we set up Mercer Pasqua in 1995. Now, 15 years later, and with a combined experience spanning over 50 years, our reputation reflects our knowledge and understanding of the area, our specialist expertise and our determination to offer the best advice and excellent service for our clients.

Personal Profiles
Cassian Pasqua has been in the central London property business since leaving Oxford Brookes university where he studied Estate Management.
Since arriving in Mayfair in 1984, he has built up an enviable number of personal contacts and loyal clients giving him access to some of the area’s most prestigious properties.
His experience and property intelligence has enabled Cassian to advise and acquire on behalf of clients, often very discreetly, some of London’s finest properties.
Cassian specialises in both residential sales and development and has built up an impressive portfolio of rental property on behalf of his clients.
Alastair Mercer began his career in 1989 and has gained wide experience of all aspects of residential property in the prime central London locations. He has built a well deserved reputation for his detailed knowledge of the buildings in Mayfair and in particular, the often complex details of local leases.
In 2001, Alastair set up Mercer Pasqua Lettings and can offer huge experience of handling all aspects of lettings including appraisal, refurbishment and furnishing.
Alastair works closely with one of Mayfair’s largest and long-established estates, ensuring that their rental portfolios deliver their full potential.
